add RPCS3 as option for mac benchmarks
would be really helpful for running console exclusive games on RPCS3 to see how well they run emulated on different Macs.

I'd like to mention some other emulators as well while we are at it, Let me know if I should create a separate thread for each instead... (or Maybe an official pinned poll for other player methods + emulators could be added?) Other emulators: PPSSPP/PPSSPP Gold (PSP) DuckStation (PlayStaion 1) AetherSX2 + NetherSX2 (PlayStaion 2, main AetherSX2 project is abandoned) PCSX2 (PlayStation 2, Can't run demanding games as good as AetherSX2 + NetherSX2) RPCS3 (PlayStation 3, Already mentioned) shadPS4 (PlayStation 4) --- Non-native emulators: Xenia (Xbox 360, Through crossover) --- There are also a ton of emulators for the certain red company... But as said over here: https://macgamingdb.userjot.com/board/p/support-for-non-steam-games Not sure if that would be okay or not

I personally don't see much point in something like Duckstation/PCSX2 since they're so stable and their performance usually equates windows' users, but RPSC3/Xemu/Xenia are good shouts
